摘要
为了解决大运量、长距离、高速重载、大功率带式输送机的起动问题,研究了一种集机械传动技术、计算机控制技术、传感技术及电力电子技术于一体的新型机械电子式软起动装置。它在结构上采用了差动行星齿轮减速机构,不仅可以降低成本,大大简化加工工艺,也将提高软起动工作的可靠性;在功能上能够实现大范围内无级调速。从机械电子式软起动装置的结构、传动原理、传动机构和工况特点进行了分析和阐述。
Soft starter mentioned in this paper is a new type mechanical-electronic soft starter system,which involves in mechanical transmission technique,computer control technique,sensing technique and power electronic technique as well.It can solve start problems of belt conveyor with large carrying,long carrying distance,high speed and over loading and high power.Differential planetary gearing retarder mechinism is applied in the structure,resulting in cost saving,simplified procedures and better reliability of soft starter.Also the functionality realizes stepless speed changing within the range of possibility.
