摘要
根据教师专业化发展的特点和趋势,指出计算机支持协同工作成为促进教师专业成长的重要技术手段,给出了基于CSCW的系统结构和教师专业成长社群的构成要素,对于促进教师专业化发展起到了重要的引领作用。
According to the characteristics and trends for teacher＇s professional development,it is pointed out that CSCW has been an important device to promote teaeher＇s professional development. The main elements for CSCW- based structure and teacher＇s professional development community are put forward to promote teachers professional development.
