摘要
分析了南昌市2010年前汛期的雨情、水情及险情特点.回顾了抗洪抢险实践,总结出两条主要经验.同时对暴露出的问题进行了归纳与剖析,并提出相应对策.
The characteristics of the rainfall condition,flow regime and danger condition of Nanchang city in the previous flood period is analyzed.Reviewing the practice of flood control,two experiences is summarized.Meanwhile,the problems is induced and analyzed.At last,the countermeasure is proposed.
