摘要
按照分子设计和正交实验的方法,采用甲基烯丙基聚醚单体,与其他小分子单体进行自由基聚合,合成具有不同分子结构的醚类聚羧酸系高性能减水剂。研究结果表明,最佳聚合工艺参数为:丙烯酸与甲基烯丙基聚醚的摩尔比为3.5,引发剂用量为0.5%,温度为70℃。使用合成的样品进行了水泥净浆、水泥砂浆和混凝土实验。该合成样品经工业放大和复配后的产品DK-PC聚羧酸高性能减水剂已应用于实际工程,效果良好。
According to the molecular design and orthogonal experiment,ether polycarboxylic acid type high performance cluster water-reducing agent with different molecular structure was synthesized by radical polymerization of methyl allylic polyether monomer and other small molecule monomers.The results show that the optimum polymerization conditions are as follows: mole ratio of crylic acid to methyl allylic polyether 3.5,initiator dosage 0.5%,temperature 70 ℃.The synthesized samples were used to perform experiments of cement paste,cement mortar and concrete.Polycarboxylic acid type high performance water-reducing agent DK-PC gained by industrialization enlarge experiment and compound has been applied to practical project and good results have been achieved.
