摘要
采用盆栽试验法,研究干旱胁迫处理对密花莲翘(Forsythia europaea‘Fiesta’)和矮溲疏(Deatzia‘hybrida Boule')生长及生理特性的影响。对新梢生长量、叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,两种植物的新梢生长量均减小,密花莲翘的新梢相对生长量高于矮溲疏;随干旱胁迫程度的加重,两种植物叶片中的MDA含量逐渐上升,SOD活性则逐渐下降,POD活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,且均表现为矮溲疏的变化幅度大于密花莲翘。综合各项指标及田间表现认为,密花莲翘的耐旱性较矮溲疏强。
Forsythia europaea 'Fiesta' and Deatzia 'hybrida Boule' grown in pots were studied to understand the effects of drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of the two species. The shoot growth increment, the malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content, the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) and the peroxidase ( POD ) in leaves were analyzed after treatment. The results show that, under drought stress, the shoot growth increment of both two species decreased, the relative growth of Deatzia 'hybrida Boule' was higher than that of Forsythia europaea 'Fiesta'. With the increasing degree of drought stress, the MDA content in the leaves of two species increased; the activity of SOD decreased; the activity of POD increased at the beginning and decreased afterwards. And in the variation of these three indexes, Deatzia 'hybrida Boule' had a greater change to some extent. According to the examined indexes and the plant growth in field, Forsythia europaea 'Fiesta' Could be considered as a plant with stronger drought tolerance over Deatzia 'hybrida Boule' .
