摘要
目的:观察并比较间接检眼镜及手术显微镜下视网膜脱离复位手术的临床疗效。方法:对68例(68眼)孔源性视网膜脱离患者分别在间接检眼镜、手术显微镜下行外路视网膜复位术,比较术后视力,视网膜复位率及并发症。结果:视网膜复位双目检眼镜组32眼,手术显微镜组31眼。视网膜复位患者视力均提高。结论:两种手术方式均可使视网膜复位,二者之间无明显统计学差异。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of retinal detachment surgery with binocular indireact ophthalmoscope and ophthalmic microscope.Methods： 68 cases（68 eyes） were dedived two groups： one was operated with binocular indireact ophthalmoscope,another was operated with ophthalmic microscope.Results： 32 eyes operated with binocular indireact ophthalmoscope got complete retinal reattachment and 31 eyes operated with ophthalmic microscope got the same effect.Conclusion： Both two methods can cure retinal detachment.No difference was found between two methods.
