The Development and Tendency of High Performance Polyester Fibers for Technical Application

摘要 简要介绍了世界和中国大陆近十年来已经投入商业化的产业用高性能聚酯纤维的发展概况。聚酯工业丝的产能和产量得到高速的发展,聚酯改性技术的应用将带动阻燃等具有良好发展前景的聚酯纤维迅速量产。随着聚酯上端原料产业的结构调整,高性能聚酯纤维的原料将有望得到实质性的突破。从发展趋势看,高性能纤维的应用领域逐步从单纯军用转向多领域应用;从加工链的角度看,更注重原料的开发和产业化技术的应用;高性能纤维的应用领域拓展带动应用领域的整体竞争力提升。 The development situation of the commercial high performance polyester fibers in the world and the China's Mainland in recent years is described briefly.The capacity and production of polyester technical yarn are obtained high speed development,the application of polyester modification technology will drive to increase quickly the flame retardant polyester fiber with favorable prospect.With structure adjustment of upstream raw material industry,the supply chain of the raw material of high performance polyester fibers will be well established.From the view point of development tendency,the application field should be moved to the multi-application fields from purely military use.From the processing chain,the focus should be made on raw material development and commercial technology application.The opening up of application fields of high performance fibers will bring up the enhancement of competition.
