摘要
分析介绍了智能卡板零件的冲压成形工艺,及智能卡板的冲裁设计,确定了该钣金工件的生产工序及工艺方案。同时,还介绍了多工位级进模总体结构设计、排样方案和成形特点,以及关键部件的设计与计算方法。实验表明,该模具生产的零件符合精度要求。
The stamping process of smart card plate was analyzed.The design of blanking process was presented,including the determination of operation sequence and process scheme.In addition,the general structural design of a multi-operation progressive die,the layout design,the forming characteristics and calculation method for key components were introduced.
