摘要 大量研究显示胰腺癌的疼痛涉及神经病理性因素。在胰腺癌的发生、发展过程中,癌细胞的神经浸润和神经生长因子的过表达导致神经纤维的大量新生、坏死,在疼痛中起重要作用。近年来研究发现神经损伤又引起钠离子通道和辣椒素受体活性的改变,进一步加重痛觉敏化。因此,认为胰腺癌疼痛的主要原因是神经病理性因素。 A large number of studies have shown that neuropathic factors contribute to pancreatic cancer pain.During the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer,cancer cell infiltration and the overexpression of nerve growth factor causes vital changes within nerve fibers,such as the regeneration and necrosis of the local nerve fibers that play an important role in the feeling of pain.New studies suggested that injury to nerves induce active changed in sodium ion channels and vanilloid receptor subtype 1,which further sensitized pain pathways.Therefore,neuropathic factors are the main reasons for pancreatic cancer pain.
