摘要
新辅助治疗是在除外转移的情况下,在局部治疗前(手术或放疗)进行的全身药物治疗。乳腺癌的异质性决定了乳腺癌对药物治疗的敏感性存在较大的差异,用多基因表达谱模型来预测新辅助治疗疗效,为乳腺癌个体化治疗方案的选择提供了新的途径。文章简述预测性多基因表达谱在乳腺癌治疗中的应用。
Neoadjuvant therapy is a systemic drug therapy used before local treatment（surgery or radiotherapy）,except for cases of distant metastasis.Depending on the heterogenicity of the breast cancer,there is a big difference in sensitivity to therapy.Individualize treatment programs are now possible using multiple gene expression profiles to predict responses to breast cancer neoadjuvant therapy.This study discussed the advancement of gene expression profiles in predicting responses to breast cancer neoadjuvant therapy.
