摘要
通过对农民工就业现状的调查,介绍了构建湖州农民工就业信息平台的必要性,并进行可行性分析。从功能和性能需求的角度,设计出就业信息平台的具体构建内容,以便劳动就业部门利用该平台为农民工提供免费而又切实有效的就业信息和创造更多的就业机会。
Through investigating the current status of migrant workers employment,the necessity of constructing the information platform was introduced and the feasibility was analyzed.From the perspective of function and performance demand,the specific construction content was designed,so as to provide free and effective employment information for migrant workers and create more employment opportunities.
