摘要
[目的]探索紫云英对镉的富集效应,为Cd污染土壤植物修复技术开辟新的途径。[方法]通过盆栽试验,研究了紫云英对Cd的耐性与富集效应。[结果]紫云英对Cd有较强的耐性,低浓度的Cd对紫云英的生长发育没有显著影响,甚至具有一定的生长促进作用。紫云英体内Cd的浓度分布为根>茎叶。紫云英对Cd具有较强的富集能力,无论是添加外源Cd或不添加外源Cd,紫云英对Cd的富集系数均较高,其根部对Cd的富集系数多为10左右。[结论]紫云英在Cd污染农田的植物修复上具有一定的研究和应用价值。
[Objective]To explore the accumulation effect of Chinese milk vetch to Cd,so as to provide the new means for the phytorem ediation of Cd-contaminated soil.[Method] Pot experiment was carried out to study the tolerance and accumulation effect of Chinese milk vetch to Cd.[Result] Chinese milk vetch had strong tolerance ability to Cd,low concentration of Cd could even increase its growth.Cd concentration of Chinese milk vetch was determined to be rootstem-leaf.Chinese milk vetch had obvious effect on accumulating Cd,the accumulation coefficient was higher whatever Cd was added to soil or not.Accumulation coefficient of Chinese milk vetch root to Cd was about 10.[Conclusion] Chinese milk vetch has great potentiality and study value in the phytorem ediation of Cd-contaminated soil.
