摘要
介绍了通过Visual Basic软件开发掘进机截割机构辅助设计程序DAPCR的方法,设计了适用于编程计算的简化力学模型并推导出力学性能表达式,探讨了编程语言和数据库的选择以及对第3方软件的调用方法。通过DAPCR的分析计算,能够绘制出连续定量的牵引力巷道断面分布图,为分析整机设计参数的合理性提供参考依据。
The paper introduced the method of design of DAPCR by Visual Basic.And show how to design of the simple mechanical model which is suitable for calculation and deduce the mechanical formula for the program.Compare the language and data-base for DAPCR application development and how to call the third-party software are discussed. The cutting force distribution map of the roadway cross section can be drawn by DAPCR, which can evaluate the roadheader Mechanical performance.
