摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析284例子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术的临床资料,分析其疗效。结果:284例子宫内膜异位症患者154例通过腹腔镜成功完成手术,均无严重并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症安全、有效、利于恢复,特别对合并不孕症的患者可提高其妊娠率。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacyc of laparoscopy treatment for endometriosis.Method： Retrospective analysed 284 cases of uterine endometriosis underwent laparoscopic surgery.Result： 154 cases in 284 endometriosis were treated by laparoscopy successfully.There＇s no severe complications.Conclusion： Laparoscopic treatment for endometriosis is safe,effective,It can improve the pregnancy rate for infertile patients.
