超声弹性成像与传统超声对乳腺病变鉴别诊断的对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:对比超声弹性成像(UE)及传统超声(CUS,包括灰阶超声、彩色多普勒血流显像、频谱多普勒超声)在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别诊断方面的价值。方法:对我院135个乳腺病灶进行超声弹性、传统超声图像的回顾性分析,以手术后组织学诊断为参考标准,对比两者在诊断乳腺良恶性病变的准确性。结果:超声弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为89.1%、94.4%、92.6%,而传统超声诊断乳腺恶性病变的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为84.8%、74.2%、77.8%。结论:超声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别诊断方面的特异度及准确度优于传统超声。 Objective: To compare the value of ultrasonic elastography(UE) and conventional ultrasound(CUS,including gray-scale ultrasonography,color doppler flow imaging and doppler spectrum) in differentiating the benign and malignant of breast lesions.Method: The static sonograms of CUS and UE of the 135 breast lesions which pathologically proved were reviewed.And compared the accuracy of CUS and UE for diagnosing the benign and malignant of breast lesions.Result: The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of UE were 89.1%,94.4%,92.6% respectively,and those of CUS were 84.8%,74.2%,77.8%respectively.Conclusion: The specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic elastography are much higher than conventional ultrasound for differential diagnosing benign and malignant breast lesions.
