血管紧张素Ⅱ受体2与高血压 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,多个研究表明,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体2(AT2)基因多态性与高血压以及高血压患者的心血管保护等具有一定关联;在AT2受体基因敲除小鼠(AT2-/-)中,发现基础血压高于野生型小鼠,并具有对血管紧张素Ⅱ更强的敏感性。多个动物与细胞试验已经证实AT2受体可以通过一氧化氮(NO)、cGMP等多种途径直接影响肾脏尿钠排泄,还可以和多巴胺受体等其他受体在肾脏发挥交互作用,间接影响尿钠代谢;AT2受体在血管中通过诱导内皮型NO合酶(eNOS)磷酸化,促使NO生成,发挥血管舒张作用。因此,AT2受体通过上述促进肾脏尿钠排泄、诱导血管舒张等多种生物学效应,从而影响机体血压水平。
