摘要
目的探讨自体血液回收机在手术中的安全管理。方法以140例手术患者为对象,通过使用术中自体血液回收技术,观察回收血使用情况,阐述术中自体血液回收机的安全管理及在使用过程中需要注意的问题。结果 140例中1例因术中发现肿瘤未进行回收,其余139例回收成功,平均回收血量777ml。结论术中使用自体血液回收机,为保障回收血的质量、安全、有效性,要重视使用过程中每个环节的安全管理。
Objective Investigate a method of safety management of the auto transfusion system. Methods Through the usage of auto transfusion technique for 140 cases, observed the safety proeedure and re - transfusion of recovery blood. Analysis and summary some problem should be pay attentioned in the safety management of auto transfusion system. Re- stilts Only one case was not recoveried since malignant tumor and remaining 139 eases were reeoveried successfully. Conlusion In order to protect the quality of recovery blood, safety and effectiveness, not only pay attention to the technique, but also under the safety management controled in the use of intraoperative auto transfusion system.
