摘要
构建了中国竞技体育资源优化配置水平的突变模型,并对2003-2008年我国31个省市的竞技体育资源优化配置水平进行了评价。结果显示,我国竞技体育资源优化配置水平普遍较低,在空间尺度上呈"东高西低"的格局,在时间维度上变化不显著。突变评价模型计算过程简便、主观性较低、评价结果可靠,为今后的体育多元评价问题提供了一种新的思路。
This paper constructs the mutilation model for the optimized distribution level of Chinese athletic sports resources and evaluates the optimized distribution level of athletic sports resources in 31 Chinese provinces and cities between 2003 and 2008. Research findings show that the optimized distribution level for Chinese athletic sports resources is generally low and displays a pattern of ＂high east and low west＂ in the spatial dimension and unmarked difference be- tween the east and west in the spatial dimension. The mutilation evaluation model can be a new way out of the problems in sports pluralistic evaluation due to its simple and convenient calculating process, low subjectivity and reliable evaluation outcome.
