摘要
运用ANSYS的可靠性分析功能,对带接管压力容器的可靠性进行数值模拟,得出容器的可靠度、峰值应力的概率分布、设计参数的灵敏度等信息。通过与可靠度的公式计算结果进行对比,得出模拟结果能更直观地反映实际可靠度。
By using the ANSYS reliability analysis function, numerical simulation to reliability of one pressure vessel with nozzle was analyzed. The information of the reliability degree of ves- sel, the probability distribution of peak stress and the sensitivity of design parameters were ob- tained. Compared with the result calculated based on reliability formula, the simulation result is more intuitive and authentic for reflecting the real reliability.
