摘要
文章通过建立电信行业竞争力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)与专家咨询法相结合的方法确定评价指标权重,对福建省九个地市的电信行业竞争力进行全面综合评价。研究表明福建省电信行业发展水平较低,地区发展水平不均衡;通过完善电信行业发展战略,加强品牌建设,重视企业信息化建设等措施,加快发展电信行业竞争力,提升福建省电信行业竞争力,为海峡西岸经济区建设提供电信支持。
By establishing the High-tech Industry competitiveness evaluation index system,we apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）and the Delphi method to measure the weight of the evaluation index system in this paper.We comprehensively evaluate the competitiveness of the telecommunications industry in Fujian.This research indicates that the telecommunications industry in Fujian is in a low level,and the regional development is imbalance.So we suggest that enterprise should improve the telecommunications industry development strategy,attention to the construction of enterprise information-based measures,speed up the development of the telecommunications industry.Then we can promote the development of the telecommunications industry and then provide telecommunications support for the building of the west side of the Taiwan Straits.
