摘要
作为二十世纪美国文坛全能作家沃伦的巅峰之作,《国王的人马》在国内尚未得到应有的关注。《国王的人马》中蕴含了人与社会、人与人、人自身的二元对立现象及其引发的失去、死亡的悲剧。二元对立只有走向消解才能达到事物的平衡与和谐,才能有乐观的重建,对立走向消解既是历史的需要也是历史的必然。
As American versatile writer Warren＇s summit work, All the King＇s Men has not drawn enough domestic attention. The novel contains the binary oppositions between characters and society, between characters, within the characters which result in the tragedy with losing and death. The deconstruction of binary oppositions is the key to balance and harmony and reconstruction. And the times also want the deconstruction of binary oppositions.
