摘要
对天生桥水电站3台调速器油压控制回路存在的问题进行分析研究后,通过增加调速器油泵电机保护、扩展调速器油罐压力表电接点数目、修改完善调速器油泵顺控程序等措施,改造后解决了油泵电机经常烧毁、调速器备用油泵不能正常启动等缺陷,保障了调速器供油回路的可靠性。
The problems existed in control circuit of speed regulator for the Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station were analyzed, based on which the improvement measures were taken including adding a protector for the oil pump electric machinery, extending the number of connecting points for the oilcan of regulator, perfecting control program of the oil pump. After the alternation, the defects are overcome, which concerning electric machinery burning, oil pump of regulator starting up unduly and so on. The alternation ensures the reliability of regulator oil supply system.
