摘要
充分分析留置针三通座的结构和特点，运用Pro／E软件准确、快速的生成型芯和型腔部分．并使用模具设计专家EMX进行模架和其他零件的设计、装配。应用Pro／E大大缩短了设计周期，提高了生产效率，降低了成本。
Based on sufficient analyzing of the structures and the characteristics of the Y adapter , the process of precisely and rapidly generating the core and cavity based on Pro/E software were applied. The methods of designing and assembling the mold-base and the other mold parts using EMX were described. Applied of Pro/E software, shorten the developing time, improved the efficiency and lowed the cost.
