曲马多和咪达唑仑静注预防剖宫产术中寒颤的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察曲马多注射液和咪达唑仑注射液静注预防剖宫产术中寒颤的疗效。方法:选择拟行剖宫产术的临产妇60例随机分为两组各30例,Ⅰ组为曲马多观察组,Ⅱ组为咪达唑仑对照组。结果:以寒颤发生的例数为计数资料,采用X2检验,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),二者差异有显著性。结论:通过临床观察,曲马多注射液较咪达唑仑注射液静注能显著降低剖宫产术中寒颤的发生率,因曲马多具有较好的中枢性镇痛作用,对呼吸功能及意识状态影响较小,患者生命体征平稳,有利于术后恢复,是一种安全有效的防治方法。
