摘要
PTT纤维织物具有形状记忆功能,但存在纤维强力低、织造密度高的特点。通过分析PTT纤维织物染整加工特点、染色加工工艺及注意事项,介绍了PTT纤维染色专用助剂TF-259。该专用助剂具有优良的高温分散性、匀染性和去除低聚物能力,以及染深性和柔软性等多种功能。生产实践表明,采用TF-259染色的PTT纤维,其各项性能满足客户要求。
PTT fiber fabric features unique shape-memory function, but poor strength and high weaving density. Wet processing of PTT fabric and precautions are introduced. TF-259 agent for P-IF dyeing has good high-temperature dispersibility, oligomer removal ability, and level dyeing, deep dyeing and softening property. PTT fabric dyed with TF-259 can meet the requirements of customers.
