摘要
采用人工接种和田间自然诱发相结合的方法, 对1 100 多份甘薯品种(系) 资源分别在苗期和成株期进行抗薯瘟病、蔓割病、疮痂病、根结线虫病等抗性测定。试验表明, 属于多抗的品种有华北48、豆沙薯、甘薯330、湘农黄皮、湘薯6 号、丰薯2 号、潮薯1 号、广薯15、广薯16、176、1714、 R17 等。农艺性状兼优的可直接利用的品种 (系) 有华北48、豆沙薯、甘薯330、湘农黄皮、湘薯6 号、潮薯1 号、广薯15、广薯16、1714、 R17 等。这些品种分别在甘薯病区大面积示范推广应用。据1980~1998 年不完全统计, 累计种植面积80 万hm 2, 增产粮食8 亿kg。
The resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum, Fusarium oxysporum ,Sphaceloma batatas and Meloidogyne incognita of more than 1100 various varieties (strain) of sweet potatoes was detected by artificial inculation and field natural induction in seedling period and vegetative period respectively from 1980 to 1998 The results showed that, Huabei 48,Doushashu,Ganshu 330,Xiangnonghuangpi,Xiangshu 6,Fengshu 2,Chaoshu 1,Guangshu 15,Guangshu 16,176,1714,R17 etc,were highly resistant,Huabei 48,Doushashu,Ganshu 330,Xiangnonghuangpi,Xianshu 6,Chaoshu 1,Guangshu 15,Guangshu 16,1714,R17 etc had excellent agronomical character and could be applied directly These varieties (strain) were demonstrated, popularized and applied in the large epidemic area of sweet potatoes respectively According to incomplete statistics, accumlative tested areas was 800 thousands hm 2 and increased potato yield about eight hundred million kg from 1980 to 1998
