摘要
目的旨在探讨高频超声对小儿外伤性腔隙性脑梗塞的颈动脉的血流动力学变化,尝试为临床提供一种新的检查诊断手段。方法对24例经CT确诊为腔隙性脑梗死的患儿进行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,分别检测左右侧颈总动脉和颈内动脉及椎动脉收缩期峰值流速Vs,舒张期末期流速Vd,平均血流速度Vm,阻力指数RI。同时选取30例健康患儿作为对照组。并且对患儿治疗前后各参数进行比较。结果患儿双侧颈动脉,椎动脉血流速度均升高,且与治疗前相比,治疗后上述动脉血流速度减低(P<0.05)。结论因此我们认为通过高频超声观察患儿的斑块及颈动脉血流动力学参数的变化在临床上有较重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore carotid arteries hemodynamics Of lacunar infarction in children by injury,it can be a new way to clinic.Methods We examined and recorded systolic peak flow velocity(Vs) diastolic peak flow velocity(Vd) mean flow velocity(Vm) 0f carotid artery and vertebral artery in 24 cases of lacunar infarction in children by injury and 30 healthy and checked again after treatment.Results The increase of velocities was found in all patients groups after treatment,we found decrease of velocities in those arteries(P0.05) Conclusion It is very helpful to diagnose lacunar infarction in children by injury that we exam carotid arteries hemodynamics.
