摘要
针对实物配租中摇号、抽签或按申请时间轮候等方式存在不公平的现象,提出了根据申请者的困难程度建立排序模型的思路,通过调查分析,建立了轮候排序评价指标体系和综合排序模型,并通过算例对排序模型进行了验证。
According to the unfair phenomenon of wave number,draw lots and the application time queuing,the paper put forwards sorting model according to the applicant＇s difficulty.Through investigation and analysis,the paper establishes the system of sorting evaluation index,then,establishes an integrated sorting model,and validates the sorting model through an example.
