摘要
目的评价参莲提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用巴豆油诱导小鼠急性耳肿胀模型、大鼠慢性肉芽肿模型、脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导小鼠急性肺炎性损伤模型、家兔内皮剥脱复合高脂诱导动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)早期炎症损伤模型等,对中药复方制剂参莲提取物进行抗炎药理作用评价。结果参莲提取物可抑制大鼠肉芽肿生成,降低家兔AS早期炎症反应,对小鼠急性肺炎症损伤反应有一定的抑制作用,对巴豆油诱导小鼠急性耳肿胀无明显治疗作用。结论参莲提取物具有明显的抗炎作用,对慢性、亚急性炎症的治疗作用优于急性炎症。
Objective To assess the anti-inflammatory activity of extracts from Shenlian(mainly composed of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, etc.). Methods The antiinflammatory effects of Shenlian extracts were studied on mice model of croton oil-induced acute auricular swelling, rats model of chronic granuloma, mice model of lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung pneumonia, and rabbits model of subacute stage vascular inflammatory injury in atherosclerosis induced by endothelial stripping operation combined with high-fat feeding. Results Shenlian extracts markedly inhibited granulo-matous production in rats, and relieved the inflammatory reaction in early stage of atherosclerosis. The extracts had certain inhibitive effects on acute lung pneumonia mice, and had no effect on croton oil-reduced acute auricular swelling in mice. Conclusion Shenlian extracts have significant anti-inflammatory effects, and the therapeutic effect is stronger for chronic and sub-acute inflammation than for acute inflammation.
