开发区土地集约利用评价研究——以武汉经济技术开发区为例 被引量:3

摘要 文章以武汉经济技术开发区为研究对象,采用多因素综合分析法构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,计算得出土地利用集约度综合分值。通过分析评价结果得出以下结论:武汉市经济技术开发区已建成城镇建设用地比例较大,土地集约利用程度总体较高;管理绩效集约度突出。武汉市经济技术开发区土地集约利用对策:(1)科学编制规划,合理制定用地标准;(2)以产业布局为指导,高起点积聚进区项目;(3)以投入强度作控制,精耕细作园区土地;(4)不断完善技术创新环境,推动中小科技企业快速成长;(5)扩大武汉经济技术开发区的发展空间,实现产业的协调发展。 Based on the case study of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone,this paper has introduced the system of evaluation of intensive land use that established by multi-factors analysis;and it has calculated the general score of land use intensity.The author goes on to give us the conclusion via the analysis of evaluation results: Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone has become a place where the urban construction land occupies a larger proportion;the degree of intensive use of land is generally high;and intensity of management performance is outstanding.Furthermore,it introduces the specific intensive land use measures: these include: scientific preparation of planning and reasonable development of land use standards;taking industrial distribution as a guide and accumulating the projects with high starting point;controlling the input intensity for intensive cultivation of the park land;constantly improving the technology environment for innovation and promoting the rapid growth of small and medium technology enterprises;expanding the space for development to achieve coordinated development of the industry.
