摘要
目的 观察大面积自体游离髂骨膜移植于狗股骨头后的形态学变化。方法 16 只成年健康杂种狗随机分为2 组,实验组12 只,对照组4 只。咬除右侧股骨头关节软骨近端2/3 ,用纤维蛋白粘合剂将髂骨膜粘附于修整好的股骨头上并固定4 ~6 针;对照组仅咬除软骨。术后2 、4 、8 、12 周分批处死动物,移植部位取材作光镜、电镜观察。结果 实验组术后2 周移植骨膜内面细胞增殖活跃,8 ~12 周形成透明软骨,表面光滑;对照组缺损区为纤维样组织充填。结论 大面积自体骨膜游离移植在关节内环境中可以形成透明软骨。
Objective To observe morphologic change of regenerative cartilage of the dogs femoral head with large area autogenous freely grafted iliac periosteum. Methods 16 adult healthy hybrid dogs were divided into 2 groups:12 in experimental and 4 in control group. 2/3 near end of cartilage of right femoral head of each dog was removed and covered by the iliac periosteum adhered to the mended femoral head with fibrin adhesive and sewed with 4 to 6 stitches in experimental group. The 2/3 near end of cartilage of right femoral head of each dog was removed only in control group. The dogs were killed in batches in 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after operation. The histological observation of grafted sites were made with light and electronic microscope. Results In the second week after operation, the inner line cells of periosteum were reproduced actively, hyaline cartilage was formed and its surface was smooth at 8 to 12 weeks after operation. The cartilage removed sites were filled with fibroid tissues in control group. Conclusion The graft can form hyaline cartilage in the joint.
