摘要
目的:分离鉴定菊科植物地胆草的化学成分,为活性筛选提供样品。方法:用80%工业乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析确定结构。结果:分得8个化合物,分别为3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde,1),对香豆酸(p-coumaric acid,2),香草酸(vanillic acid,3),丁香酸(syringic acid,4),β-谷甾醇(β-stitosterol,5),胡萝卜苷(dau-costerol,6),2,5-二甲氧基对苯醌(2,5-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone,7)和二十八烷酸(n-octacosanoic acid,8)。结论:化合物1,3,4,7,8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To elucidate the constituentes from the whole plant of Elephantopus scaber and to provide samples for activity screening. Method : The chromatography on silica gel was used and the structures were determined by IR, NMR and MS spectra analysis and physicochemical properties comparison. Result: Eight com- pounds were isolated and identified as 3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde (1), p-coumaric acid (2), vanillic acid( 3 ), syringic acid ( 4 ) ,β-stitosterol ( 5 ) , daucosterol ( 6 ) , 2,5 -dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone ( 7 ) , n-octacosanoic acid ( 8 ). Conclusion: The compounds 1 ,3,5,7 and 8 were isolated from the plant scaber for the first time.
