摘要
对于大多数农民工来说,他们在打工地处于一种"无组织化"的状态,很多组织对农民工采取拒之门外的态度。从总体上说,农民工参加组织的状况不容乐观。当然,农民工参加组织的状况也存在较明显的内部差异,这种差异受多种因素的影响。社会融入状况对农民工参加组织有一定的影响。建立Lo-gistic回归模型的分析结果表明,不同层面的适应情况对农民工参加组织的影响是不同的,其中,经济层面的适应变量最能解释农民工参加组织的差异,其次是社会层面的适应变量,心理层面的适应变量对农民工参加组织差异的解释能力最弱。
The majority of peasant workers are in the condition of "no organization",many organizations tend to keep peasant workers out.Overall speaking,the condition of participating in organization of peasant workers is pessimistic,certainly there is obvious internal diversity about the participating in organization of peasant workers,and the difference is influenced by many factors.Through the establishment of Logistic regression model,we analyze the impact of adaptation at every level to peasant workers,participating in organization.The results imply that variable of economic adaptation explains the difference of peasant workers,participating in organization the best,followed by variable of social adaptation,and variable of psychological adaptation explains the difference the worst.
