摘要
选聘优秀大学生到农村任职,是巩固农村基层政权的历史选择,是培养造就党政后备干部队伍的重要途径,是加快社会主义新农村建设和实现乡村善治的现实需要。但是,从当前"大学生村官"任职的情况来看,"大学生村官"在服务新农村建设的同时,自身也面临诸多的困境,制约了"大学生村官"作用的发挥,本文从社会主义新农村建设的战略视野深入剖析了"大学生村官"存在的问题并提出了破解的思路。
The recruitment of excellent college graduates to run a village is a historic choice to consolidate the grassroot work of the countryside.It is an important means of training reserve cadres and expediting the New Rural Construction.It is also the call of the realization of village governance.But,looking at the present situation of the Villiage Officials,while serving the New Rural Construction,the Villiage Officials find thenselves in predicament,which restrict their role-play.This paper analyzes the existing problems of ＂Colleges Students＇ Villiage Officials and the solutions in the New Rural perspective.
