摘要
改革开放以来,中国综合交通运输体系的构建取得了很大的成绩,但是,各种运输的发展是不均衡的。通过平均里程系数的分析可知,中国的铁路、公路、水运和民航呈现出较强的互补性,说明内部分工较为合理。所以,目前中国综合交通运输体系应该参照铁路、公路、水运和民航的比较优势进行建设,最终形成布局合理、水陆相通、客货并重,各种运输方式紧密配合、协调发展的综合交通运输网络。
Since the implement of China's reform and opening up policy,the comprehensive transportation system has been presented to be a fabulous achievement.Nevertheless,the unbalanced development of various transportations is obviously seeable through average length coefficient;in another word,the transport of railway,road,waterway and air is rather reciprocal,which has proved the fairness of the inner division.Therefore,the division provides a good reference to the building of comprehensive transportation system,which ideally,structuring a well-designed integrated transportation network for both waterway and roadway,goods and passenger.
