氯酸钠与盐酸反应ClO_2发生液用于饮用水消毒的卫生安全性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究氯酸钠和盐酸反应制备的ClO2发生液用于饮用水消毒的卫生安全性。方法:通过化学分析、毒理试验及饮用水消毒总体性能试验探讨ClO2发生液的毒性及其对饮用水卫生安全的影响。结果:ClO2发生液直接投加量为2 mg/L时,可引入饮用水的ClO2-和ClO3-分别为0.004和0.054mg/L,可引入汞、银、铅、六价铬、镉和砷等金属离子均分别<0.000 02、0.000 1、0.001、0.000 4、0.000 05和0.000 1 mg/L;含ClO2为25 669 mg/L的发生液对雌雄小鼠的急性经口毒性为低毒级,而含ClO2为14 500 mg/L的发生液为实际无毒级,发生液对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性(P>0.05);饮用水消毒总体性能试验的各项指标均达到GB 5749-2006标准的要求。结论:以2 mg/L ClO2的投加量,ClO2发生液用于饮用水消毒的卫生安全符合《生活饮用水消毒剂和消毒设备卫生安全评价规范(试行)》(2005)的要求。 Objective:To explore the hygienic safety of ClO2 solution generated by the reaction of sodium chlorate with hydrochloric acid for drinking water disinfection.Methods:To explore the toxicity of the generated ClO2 solution and its effect on hygienic safety of drinking water by chemical analysis,toxicological testing and disinfection trail to drinking water.Results:When the dosage ClO2 is 2mg/L,the contents of Hg,Ag,Pb,Cr(Ⅵ),Cd and As,introduced in the drinking water by the ClO2 solution,are all less than 0.000 02 mg/L,0.000 1 mg/L,0.001 mg/L,0.000 4 mg/L,0.000 05 mg/L and 0.000 1mg/L respectively.The acute oral toxicity of 25669mg/L ClO2 solution belongs to the low-toxic class,and the 14 500 mg/L ClO2 solution is non-toxic class.The mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes micronucleus test of this solution is negative(P0.05).All the indicators of overall performance test of the ClO2 solution for drinking water disinfection meet the requirements of GB5749-2006.Conclusion:For the ClO2 solution generated by NaClO+3HCl used for drinking water disinfection,the hygienic safety meets the requirements of Hygienic Safety Evaluation Specification for Drinking Water Disinfectant and Disinfection Devices(on trial,2005).
