膜生物反应器技术在大型地埋式市政污水处理厂的应用 被引量:10

Application of MBR in Large-scale Underground Municipal WWTP

摘要 广州市京溪污水处理厂是广州亚运会的配套项目,地处居民区,处理规模为10×104 m3/d,对出水水质和环境质量要求很高。该污水厂最终采用MBR处理工艺,全地埋式设计,在不到一年的时间内建成通水,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准和广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)的第二时段排放标准(COD≤40mg/L)。介绍了该工程的实际运行效果,指出了MBR应用于大规模市政污水处理应该注意的问题。 Guangzhou Jingxi WWTP is a supporting project of the Gangzhou Asian Games, it is lo- cated in the residential area and the treatment capacity is 10×10^4m3/d. The requirements for the efflu- ent quality and the environmental quality are very high. The key treatment process is MBR, and the WWTP is designed as underground concrete structure. The whole time of constructing and commissioning is less than one year. The treated effluent quality meets the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Munici- pal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002 ) and the second time interval emissions standard of Guangdong Province local standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB 44/26 -2001 ) (COD≤40 mg/L). The actual operating effect of the project is introduced, and the problems to which attention should be paid in application of MBR to large-scale municipal wastewater treatment are pointed out.
