摘要
安徽精密铝业有限公司在铝业精密加工生产过程中间歇排放乳化油类物质含量高的高浓度有机废水,采用工业粉煤灰预吸附/混凝沉淀/精密过滤组合工艺进行处理,运行结果表明,出水水质优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。该新工艺具有污泥沉降速度快、运行费用低、运行稳定、操作方便、易于自动控制等优点。
The combined process of fly ash pre-adsorption, coagulation sedimentation and preci- sion filtration was adopted to treat the high concentration of organic wastewater containing strongly emulsi- fied oil discharged intermittently from aluminum precision processing. The running results show that the effluent quality is superior to the third level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). This new process has advantages of rapid sludge settleability, low running cost, stable running, easy operation and auto control.
