摘要
用改良 A S G 法显出了普通小麦( Triticum aestivum L.)的两个品种和节节麦( T. tauschii L.或 Aegilopssquarrosa L.)的有丝分裂染色体 G带分析表明, 1) 全部供试材料 G带具有一些共同的的特征, 即带数多,细窄而大小相近,带间区小,分布较均匀, 着丝粒和次缢痕两侧及两臂末端都具带; 2)它们的同源染色体间带纹可较准确地配对; 3)普通小麦两品种虽带型相似,但总带数有差异; 4)节节麦与普通小麦中国春 D染色体组的 G带带型很相近,两者带数相同的臂为50.0%
Clear G bands were obtained in mitotic prometaphase chromosomes of Triticum aestivum L. cv ‘Chinese Spring’ and ‘Bainong 7820’ as well as T.tauschii L. using the advanced ASG method. The analysis results of the G bands were as follows. 1) All the tested materials showed the similar G banding patterns, their chromosome regions all had bands and these bands were thin, in the similar size, and distributed evenly. 2) Based on the G banding patterns chromosome pairing could be carried out more accurately. 3)There were the same banding patterns, but difterent band numbers between the two cultivars of the common wheat. 4) T.tauschii was quite similar to the D genome in T. aestivum L cv ‘Chinese Spring’ in G banding patterns and they had 50.0% arms showed the same band number.
