摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中是我国中老年人群的常见病及多发病，发病率、死亡率、致残率均较高。溶栓治疗被认为是目前最重要的恢复血流措施，近年来研究者对溶栓药物及其临床应用已进行了大量研究，本文就溶栓药物及其临床应用进展作一综述。
Acute ischemic stroke （cerebral infarction ） is a common disease in China in the elderly population and the disease frequently - occurring. And its morbidity and mortality are high. Thrombolytic therapy is considered to be the most important measures to restore blood flow in recent years. This paper reviews the progress in thrombolytic agents treatment in the patients with acute ischemic stroke.
