摘要
我国陆地风电场建设已进入规模化发展阶段,海上风电场建设正在起步。对我国海上风电发展的政策环境、规划与开发现状、发展制约因素等进行了介绍与分析,针对目前中国还未完全自主掌握风力发电设备设计、制造技术和大规模开发海上风电场的能力之现状,以及所发电能难于适应远距离电网传输等问题,提出了适合我国海上风电发展的对策与建议。
The construction of land wind power station enters into the stage of scaled development,while the construction of offshore wind power station has just started.We introduce and analyze policy and environment,present situation of planning and development and restriction factors.According to the problems that we haven＇t master the design,production technologies of wind power equipment independently,lack of the ability to develop offshore wind power station in a large scale and the generated power doesn＇t suit for long distance transmission,we propose counter measures and suggestions suited for development of offshore wind power industry in China.
