摘要
碳酸盐岩和复杂砾岩储层在华北油田具有广泛的分布,而且该部分储层的地质特征复杂,认识难度大,储层非均质性强,埋藏较深,使用常规的酸化技术很难实现长距离改造的目的。优选出一种新型的能提高酸液作用距离的清洁酸液体系及前置液酸压或者多级注入酸压技术。该体系具有良好的缓速性能,在80℃下的酸岩反应速率仅为盐酸的65%左右,抗温达120℃,破胶彻底,降摩阻性能好,对储层的伤害程度低,残酸对储层的伤害率仅为胶凝酸的32%左右,为常规瓜胶压裂液的20%左右。在虎x井的现场试验应用表明,该酸液体系结合新的工艺方法可以提高裂缝的深穿透性,有利于提高改造效果。
Normal acidizing treatment is difficult to acidify deeply due to the deep buried carbonate and complex lithologic reservoirs distributing extensively in HuaBei oilfield.To overcome the difficulties,new low damage clean acidizing fluid system and injecting technology were optimized that could extend acidizing distance,which having good retardant (65% of hydrochloric acid,80℃),breaking gel (32% of normal and 20% of guar gum fracturing fluid) and lubricant properties,and this system performed well on field application of Hu X well.
