摘要
目的比较国产鲑鱼降钙素和进口鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松致骨痛的疗效。方法 60例骨质疏松致骨痛患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组:进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液;观察组:国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液。结果两组疼痛缓解率与腰椎L2、L3、L4和股骨颈骨密度之间的比较均差异不显著。两组不良反应率差异不显著(P>0.05)。国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液单价18.2元(1mL:50IU)比进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液53.74元(1mL:50IU)实惠。结论国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液联合复方氨基酸螯合钙胶囊治疗骨质疏松致骨痛不但疗效佳,副作用较小,而且还经济实惠。
Objective To compare the efficacy between domestic salmon calcitonin and imported salmon calcitonin in the treatment of bone pain caused by osteoporosis. Methods Sixty cases of bone pain caused by osteoporosis were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given imported salmon calcitonin,and the observation group was given domestic salmon calcitonin. Results There were no significant differences in the pain relief rate,the hone mineral density between the lumbar L2,L3 and L4 and the femoral neck and the adverse reaction rate between the two groups（P〉O.05）. The price of the domestic salmon calcitonin injection was 18.2 yuan （1mL：50IU）,cheaper than that （53.74 yuan,lmL：50IU）of the imported salmon calcitonin injection. Conclusion Domestic salmon calcitonin combined with compound calcium amino acid chelate capsules shows good efficacy,few adverse reactions and affordable price in the treatment of bone pain caused by osteoporosis.
