摘要
为了克服小直径45°固定管TIG打底层因焊接空间位置而影响焊接质量的问题,采取了斜仰焊位置内填丝、向上焊外填丝和向下焊内填丝三种方式相结合的焊接方法。通过大量的实践证明,采用该方式进行焊接,既可以解决在空间位置上左手操作不方便,又可以保证焊接质量,确保管内外余高达到要求和获得良好成形。主要介绍手工钨极氩弧焊小直径45°固定管打底层的焊接方法和焊接工艺。
In order to overcome small diameter 45° fixed tube TIG welding space position and influence the welding quality and adopted inclined overhead position welding with inside filling wire,outside up filling wire,and inside down filling wire,and the combination of three filling wire method.The results of test show that it can not only solve welding position ,and ineffective left hand operation can ensure. welding quality, ensure tube. high reached requirements and more than inside and outside to obtain good shape.Mainly introduces gtaw small diameter 45° fixed tube rock-bottom welding method and welding process.
