摘要
从海南涉外导游队伍的现状出发，分析当前涉外导游人才存在的问题及其主要原因，并结合国际旅游岛建设的实际，探讨涉外导游人才问题的解决对策。
On the basis of the situation concerning analyzes the existing problems and main causes, constructing international tourism island, probes problems of foreign-related guide talents. foreign guide talents in Hainan, the paper and combing with the actual condition in into the countermeasures refer to solving problems of foreign-related guide talents.
