摘要
梁玉瑜出身医学世家,在继承家传医学心法及各家学说的基础上,注重从舌色、质、态及苔的色、质、津液等方面辨病及用药,擅用经方,多补仲景之不足,提出了自己对内伤病尤其是虚劳病、血证、阳火阴火辨治等的独到见解,为清代的中医诊断学发展发展做出了很大的贡献。
LIANG Yu-yu was born in a medical family,on the basis of inheriting his family medicine ideas and the theories of different schools,he pays attention to tongue color,tongue texture,tongue state,the color and texture of tongue coating,and body fluids etc to diagnose differentiation of diseases and use drugs.He is good at using the classical prescriptions and fills up the deficiencies of zhongjing.He brings forward his unique opinions on syndrome differentiation and treatment of internal injuries especially virtual fatigue diseases,blood syndromes,fire syndromes of Yin and Yang,etc.He makes a contribution to the development of TCM diagnostics in Qing dynasty.
