摘要
目的观察外伤露髓牙一次性根管充填并即刻纤维桩修复的临床效果。方法选择外伤致前牙露髓经过逐步后退法根管预备、侧压法根管充填,要求即刻修复的30例患者的49颗患牙为研究对象,观察患者术后的疼痛程度,并于2年后回访,评价其疗效。结果术后24 h内有5颗患牙出现中度疼痛;2年后回访,3颗患牙出现根尖牙周膜增宽,1颗患牙出现纤维桩折断。结论外伤露髓牙一次性根管充填并即刻纤维桩修复的方法是有效、可行的。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of root canal filling in one time fiber post immediate restoration when injury caused dental pulp exposure.Methods 30 patients with 49 teeth were involved.After complete root canal therapy,teeth were treated with fiber post and porcelain-fused-to-metal crown.The occurrence of pain after treatment and the effects after two years were observed.Results Five teeth occured medium pain after treatment in 24 hours.After two years,three teeth had root apical inflammation.One fiber post fractured.Conclusion The effects of root canal filling in one time and fiber post immediate restoration when injury caused dental pulp exposure is ideal.
