摘要
邓小平论述了党风建设的重大意义、根本、基础、关键和途径,形成了比较系统的关于执政党的作风建设思想,丰富和发展了马克思主义,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。执政党的作风建设是关系到党的生死存亡的问题;执政党作风建设的根本是保持党同人民群众的血肉联系;执政党作风建设的基础是解放思想、实事求是;执政党作风建设的关键是领导干部以身作则;执政党的作风建设依靠教育和法制。
Deng Xiaoping has discussed the significance, fundamentality, base, key and means of the style construction, formed a systematic thought about the style construction of the ruling party, enriched and developed the Marxism, which is the important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The style construction of the ruling party is related to the problem of life and death of the Party; the fundamentality of the style construction of the ruling party is to keep the close ties between the Party and the masses; the base of the style construction of the ruling party is to emancipate the mind and seek truth from facts; the key of the style construction of the ruling party is that leading cadres set a good example; the style construction of the ruling party depends on education and legal system.
