时速350km高速铁路大跨度连续梁悬浇施工监控 被引量:5

摘要 津秦客运专线设计为时速350 km的高速铁路,该铁路线上的下邬蓟运河特大桥上跨唐津高速公路,为(80.6+128+80.6)m三向预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥,采用挂篮悬浇施工。采用桥梁博士3.0建立有限元计算模型,计算梁体线形和应力。施工中对梁体线形和应力进行实时监测,并将实测结果与计算结果进行对比。结果表明:该桥施工监控保证了连续梁施工中结构处于稳定状态,最终线形控制结果较为理想。 The Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Railway is designed as a high-speed railway of 350 km/h.The Xiawuji Canal Bridge on the railway spanning the Tangshan-Tianjin Expressway is a three-way prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with span arrangement(80.6+128+80.6) m and the girder of the bridge is constructed by the cantilever casting by form travelers.The software of Bridge Doctor 3.0 is used to set up the finite element calculation models,the geometric shape and stress of the girder are calculated and are monitored in real time in the construction process and the filed measurements of the girder are compared to the calculations.The results show that the construction monitoring and control of the girder have ensured the stability status of the girder in the construction and the final controlled geometric shape of the girder is satisfactory.
