摘要
目的:探讨原发性肺癌患者中医脉象客观化参数变化的生理病理机制,为中医/中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床疗效评价提供客观依据。方法:选择气阴两虚型原发性非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象。采用ZBOX-Ⅰ型脉象数字化分析仪采集患者的脉象客观参数,同时记录患者的CEA、CA199、CA125、CA153、CYFRA21-1、AFP等肿瘤指标,分析脉象参数与肿瘤指标的相关性。结果:29例患者气阴两虚型原发性非小细胞肺癌患者脉象参数和肿瘤指标之间存在典型相关性,典型相关系数为:1.000。结论:脉象指标与肿瘤指标之间存在典型相关性,提示脉象客观参数的变化有一定的生理病理基础。
Objective：To explore the physiological and pathological mechanism of pulse figure parameters of primary lung cancer,and provide reference in evaluation of TCM therapy and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on lung cancer patients. Methods：Choosing the patients who were diagnosed as primary lung cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin. The pulse parameters were detected by ZBOX-I pulse image digital analysis instrument. At the same time,the cancer index,such as CEA,CA199,CA125,CA153,CYFRA21-1,AFP are recorded. Analyzing the relativity between the pulse parameters and the cancer indexs by canonical correlation software and simple correlation software. Results：The pulse parameters had canonical correlation ship with the cancer indexs in the 29 patients of lung cancer with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,the coefficient was 1. 000. Conclusion：Conclusion The pulse parameters and the cancer indexs has canonical correlationship. The changes of the pulse parameters have physiological or pathological basic.
